🚚 Shipping Policy 

At The Betta Boutique, we take the safety and health of our Betta fish seriously. Every order is packed with care to
ensure your new aquatic friend arrives happy and healthy.

📦 Shipping Method

We currently offer Priority Shipping (Live Fish) for all U.S. domestic orders:

  • Shipping Rate: $18.00 flat rate

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

  • Carrier: USPS Priority or similar trusted service with live animal handling

🐠 Live Fish Packaging

  • Each Betta is shipped in a sealed, oxygenated bag inside an insulated container with padding.

  • Temperature control packs (heat or cold) are included based on your region and forecast.

  • Boxes are clearly labeled “Live Fish – Handle With Care”.

📅 Shipping Days

  • We ship Monday and Tuesday only to avoid weekend delays.

  • Orders placed after Tuesday noon (EST) will ship the following Monday to protect your fish.

🌦️ Weather Holds

To ensure the safe delivery of your Betta, we may delay shipping during:

  • Extreme hot or cold temperatures

  • Severe weather events

  • Holidays that affect delivery schedules

You’ll be notified if your shipment is held.

🏠 Shipping Responsibility

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
    The Betta Boutique is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to receive the package promptly once delivered. We are not responsible for issues resulting from packages left unattended.

❗Live Arrival Guarantee

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee (see our Return Policy) for Betta fish that arrive deceased inside their original, sealed bag and box. You must contact us within 24 hours with photo proof.
